The former industrial building known as “Building 23” constitutes the “head” of the line of buildings that structure the northern part of the Technopôle. In terms of programming, our task consisted in inserting four levels of offices within the confines of the building for Converteam. From the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, the building is perceived as a simple volume emerging from the old brick building and turned to the south via an overhanging section to constitute a signal visible from a distance.
